The same interface supports both full and partial refunds, providing a consistent process for every member of your team.

Full refund

Refund the entire refundable balance and void all active tickets and table reservations in the order. The buyer is notified, and the associated QR codes are invalidated immediately.

Suitable for cancelled events and duplicate orders.

Partial refund

Select specific tickets or tables to refund while keeping the remaining order items active and valid for admission.

Suitable for attendee changes and individual cancellations.

A consistent workflow for full and partial refunds

Process a full order refund, or select individual tickets and tables when only part of an order should be refunded. The same workflow voids refunded tickets and keeps the remaining order items active.

Full refunds void all remaining tickets and table reservations in a single action.

Partial refunds apply to selected tickets and tables while the remainder of the order stays active.

Revenue, inventory, order status, and analytics update automatically when a refund is processed.
