The team behind the tickets

Tixi Ticket is a Belgian ticketing company built for independent organisers. We run the checkout, the seat maps, the payouts, and the door, so the people who bring audiences together can focus on the event itself.

Why we started

Ticketing had become complicated for the people who run events.

Independent organisers were relying on platforms designed for large promoters, and reserving a table or VIP booth still depended on a chain of messages through third-party applications such as WhatsApp: difficult to track, easy to lose, and impossible to reconcile with actual sales.

We set out to offer the market not only the easiest ticketing platform to use, but also a booking system for tables and VIP areas that had never been offered in this form before.

  1. The easiest ticketing platform to use

Every step, from publishing an event to scanning tickets at the door, can be completed without training or technical assistance.

  2. Immediate table and VIP booth booking

Guests reserve a table, booth, or area directly in the checkout, with availability and payment confirmed in the same moment. The exchange of messages is removed entirely, and Tixi Ticket is the first to bring this to market in this form.

  3. A dashboard understood at first use

Sales, orders, guests, venues, and payouts are managed from one interface that is clear without explanation, on desktop and on mobile.

  4. Refunds resolved in moments

Full and partial refunds are issued in a few clicks, and tickets, availability, receipts, and balances update immediately.

  5. Payouts as responsive as a bank account

Revenue appears the moment a sale completes, and transfers to the organiser’s account follow a daily, weekly, or manual schedule.

What we stand for

Three commitments that shape every feature we ship.

  • Organisers keep the ticket price

Buyers see one service fee before they pay. There is no subscription, onboarding fee, or maintenance charge, and free events carry no fees.

  • Everything in one place

Checkout, venue maps, guest lists, refunds, payouts, and analytics live in one dashboard, so nothing is stitched together from separate tools.

  • Built for European organisers

A Belgian company, payment methods such as Bancontact and iDEAL, verified payouts, and an interface in 22 languages.

The team

Building the product and speaking with organisers every week.

  • Founder and CEO

Founded Tixi Ticket and built the platform and its internal infrastructure from the ground up, from the first design to the checkout organisers use today.
