From 80 days after an event’s first payment, eligible funds are paid out automatically, including before the event ends and with a manual schedule.

Available, pending, and paid-out balances are presented together on a single consolidated balance card.

Daily, weekly, and manual schedule options are displayed together, with manual transfers initiated through the Send payout action.

Bank account details, verification status, and payout schedule are available in a single view for operational clarity.

Choose a payout schedule that supports your operations

Select automatic daily or weekly payouts, or retain direct control with manual transfers. The schedule can be updated when your operational requirements change.

  • Daily

    Available revenue is transferred to your bank account automatically each day. Automatic payouts wait until the event ends and the payment provider settles the funds.

  • Weekly

    Available revenue is transferred each Monday as a consolidated weekly payout. Automatic payouts wait until the event ends and the payment provider settles the funds.

  • Manual

    Initiate a payout from your dashboard for ended events whenever a transfer is required.

Verified payouts for every organiser type

Whether you sell tickets as an individual, collective, venue, or company, Tixi Ticket asks for the details needed to verify your account before funds are released.

Where required, we may collect identity, business, tax, representative, beneficial owner, and bank details for AML, sanctions, fraud, tax, and payment compliance. For individual organisers, the process is limited to the information relevant to that status.

The payout verification process is informed by public AML/CFT guidance and recognised ISO/IEC security and privacy standards.

    Tell us whether tickets are sold by an individual, collective, venue, or company.

  2. Add verification details

    Provide the identity, business, tax, representative, or ownership details required for that organiser type.

  3. Connect a bank account

    Add your bank details so the payment provider can review the account and enable payouts.

Payments are collected through Tixi Ticket and transferred to your organisation according to the configured payout schedule. Add your IBAN in organisation settings to receive payouts. A separate payment provider account is not required to begin selling tickets.

After settlement. No payout fee. Usually within 30 minutes. You pay the 1.5% fee shown below.

Yes. You can select daily, weekly, or manual payouts from the payouts page in your dashboard. Schedule changes take effect from the next payout run.

Identity and bank verification are required to comply with anti-money-laundering and payment regulations. The guided setup requests only the information applicable to your organiser type.
